We’ve got the house all decorated for the season and the weather is finally cooling off here so I’ve really been in the mood for some seasonal cocktail flavors like this Salted Caramel Pumpkin Bourbon Milkshake! Not only is it delicious but it’s super simple to make and the presentation is gorgeous. Whip up a couple for yourself and your significant other or serve them to guests and be ready for them to ask for the recipe.
Grab a few yummy ingredients like vanilla bean ice cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, graham cracker crumbs and bourbon. For a beautiful garnish you’ll also need whipped cream, cinnamon and salted caramel topping.
In a blender, add the ice cream, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, graham cracker crumbs and bourbon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour pumpkin milkshake into serving glasses. Top off each glass with a generous helping of whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the whipped cream and top off with salted caramel sauce drizzled on top of each glass.
