Menu Plan Monday ~ January 3rd

This is the first week of the January Clean Out Your Cupboards Challenge, where I’ll be attempting to get through the entire month without buying any meat and will be basing our meals on what we have on hand in the pantry, stockpile and freezer.  I counted 14 boxes of pasta in the stockpile and I have a chest style freezer full of who knows what so I’m sure we won’t starve, but hopefully we’ll be able to keep some variety in our diet without loading up too much on the carbs 😉

 Monday – Ham & Cheese Croissants

Tuesday – Chicken Fried Rice

WednesdayTangy BBQ Chicken Wings

Thursday – Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese

Friday – Date night – dinner out

Saturday – French Toast

Sunday – McDonalds
