  • 2 - 6 ct packages English Muffins
  • 1½ pounds sausage or 12 sausage patties
  • Dozen eggs
  • 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
  1. Split English muffins and lightly toast, if desired.
  2. Divide sausage and hand form into 12 patties, pan fry until browned on both sides.
  3. Fry the eggs in the remaining sausage grease, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble breakfast sandwiches by placing an egg, sausage patty and slice of cheese in the middle of each English Muffin.
  5. Place individual breakfast sandwiches in sandwich bags, then place packaged sandwiches in a larger freezer bag before freezing.
  6. To reheat, warm in the microwave on high for about one minute.
