Serves: 4 servings
  • Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • Block Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (browned)
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F. Cover a pizza pan in non-stick aluminum foil for easy clean up or grease regular foil well.
  2. Unroll your refrigerated pizza crust and cut into 4 even slices.
  3. Spoon ground beef onto the middle of each slice of pizza crust dough leaving room for other ingredients so that you can roll the crust when done.
  4. Cut small cubes of mozzarella cheese and place 4-6 cubes on top of ground beef.
  5. Spoon spaghetti sauce over the beef and cheese.
  6. Top with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Carefully pull the sides of the pizza crust dough up and over the ingredients and pinch ends together to close up the calzone.
  8. Brush melted butter over the top of each calzone and place in the oven.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or per directions on your pizza crust packaging. Half way through brush the rest of the melted butter over the top of each calzone.
