Freezer Cooking 101: Breakfast Sandwich Edition

- 2 - 6 ct packages English Muffins
- 1½ pounds sausage or 12 sausage patties
- Dozen eggs
- 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
- Split English muffins and lightly toast, if desired.
- Divide sausage and hand form into 12 patties, pan fry until browned on both sides.
- Fry the eggs in the remaining sausage grease, salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble breakfast sandwiches by placing an egg, sausage patty and slice of cheese in the middle of each English Muffin.
- Place individual breakfast sandwiches in sandwich bags, then place packaged sandwiches in a larger freezer bag before freezing.
- To reheat, warm in the microwave on high for about one minute.
