I’ve got a super busy day planned today so I went ahead and bought some ranch fried chicken for dinner, but I also feel compelled to point out that I have a freezer full of home cooked meals since I bought mostly snack foods today. I typically buy 40 pounds of chicken or beef at a time from Zaycon Foods because they have fabulous products at great prices, then I prep it all at once and freeze it in meal sized portions.
