Well summer might finally be coming to an end soon but it’s hotter now than it has been and I’m happy to be able to cool off with these Grapefuit Paloma Pops! It’s a great way to enjoy an adult beverage at the end of a particularly hot day or after outdoor chores.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • ⅔ cup simple syrup
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • Pinch of sea salt to taste
  • ⅓ cup Tequila
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a pitcher and stir well to mix.
  2. Using a funnel, pour the grapefruit mixture into the Zip Zicle bags and freeze overnight.
  3. ENJOY!!
