Tasty Tuesday: Mardi Gras Recipes

Mardi Gras Tuesday Recipes

Mardi Gras is French for Fat Tuesday and refers to the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season, which begins on Ash Wednesday. This year Fat Tuesday falls on March 4th and the parades have already kicked off in our area so I thought it would be nice to do a roundup of Mardi Gras inspired dishes.
