Checking Out New Energy Efficient Appliances at Best Buy

ENERGY STAR

We just recently moved into a new house, well it’s actually 34 years old, but it’s new to us and we love our new home. The previous owners had done a lot of upgrades like new windows, floors and granite counters but it came with a mixture of old and newer appliances so I’m currently in the market to replace the ones that they didn’t.

Our new house is a little bigger than our old one but our power bills are much larger so I’m anxious to switch out to some energy saving appliances. The average home’s annual energy bills is $2,200 and energy efficient appliances and computers can help save money so I’ve been checking out the ENERGY STAR products at Best Buy. Find out how much you can save with a new appliance here.

The great news is that many local utility companies will provide additional rebates when you change out your appliances that can save you up to $300. To find rebates available in your area you can check out the Best Buy online rebate finder here for ENERGY STAR rebates.

October is Energy Awareness Month so it’s a great time to upgrade to a new energy efficient appliance, television or computer to save money on your home energy bills.  Best Buy has more than 2,300 unique ENERGY STAR certified products available in stores and online.

Disclosure – I have been compensated in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free.
