I’m a little nervous about posting my very first video, but I’m excited at the same time and I have a bunch of ideas for upcoming videos so I hope you guys will bear with me, and also let me know what topics you might like to see on video – more coupon organization tips? To celebrate I’m kicking off a giveaway for a couple of my favorite Slice cutting tools and a $10 WalMart gift card to buy a cutting board like the one in the video, or whatever else you might need
Here is the video where I discuss the two questions I get asked most often . . . . .
- How do you organize your coupons?
- How much time do you spend organizing them?

I organize my coupons in a rubbermaid shoe box inside envelopes. I feel like it takes me forever to get them organized. I use basic scissors so it takes even longer.

My CVS coupons I keep in a coupon wallet I just switched over to and my others I put in a binder–I also have some 9 x 12 drawer units I got at CVS and I use those for my whole inserts.
I use the binder method for coupon organization.

I cut any coupons that I know I will use and put in my coupon clutch. The others got in an accordian style binder by date. When the binder gets full I take out the oldest, put the new coupons in and move the oldies to the closet in a stackable bin.
I organize coupons by using envelops method, sort them by categories.

I use the binders but have multiple unclipped inserts in stacks and cut coupons by date in ziplock. Im actually overwelmed with coupons and need to get better organized.
I use the binder method to organize.
just started with the couponing and loving it! print and clip for now, looking for easier ways in the near future!
I have a 3″ coupon binder; I use the baseball card inserts & dividers (about 10 categories) with all my coupons filed away in…except the past 2 Sundays…haven’t clipped and filed them yet but have already separated and sorted the like pages so that they are ready to cut. I love videos!

I recently switched from using a binder w/ baseball card sheets to a box and envelope method. I’m slowly winding down on the coupons. Alas, it’s harder to feed a bigger family using coupons! Stores only double a certain number of the same coupon, and I need more food! That, and I really miss the way I used to do things, which cost about the same, but without the heavy time investment of couponing. It was fun while it lasted, and I’ll never give it up entirely, but I soon won’t have enough coupons to even need to organize them!

I use a coupon clutch that I got from http://CouponClutch.com (mine is the pretty pink/chocolate polka dot), and I use mostly 4 pocket and 6 pocket baseball type binder pages.
I’m also a subscriber. I would say though that it was BECAUSE of my large family that I turned to coupons and the BOGO sales at the stores to HELP me feed my large family (5 children and 2 adults). YIKES! Kids can eat you out of house and home, but my savings using the sales AND coupons together are awesome!
I orgainze my coupons by kind- food, pet, personal, health, frozen, etc in a bifold organizer and then I have anothe bifold organizer that I put Target specific, Walgreens specific, coupons I want to use now, store ads, store policies, etc in. I take the second bifold organizer with me as it has all the coupons I want to use. I also match my coupons up with a store coupon if there is a match up.

don’t know if I did it right though as it is my first time to do this. http://bit.ly/8ZIC9f
I don’t really have a method right now. Your method sounds neat. I’d love to know more about the 9 baskets and how you have them divided up. It doesn’t seem like they’d take up much room as they nest inside each other.

I use a Coupon Clutch to organize my coupons. I probably spend a couple hours a week – more on Sunday obviously but I am printing coupons throughout the week so I try to organize as I print them.
