I am passionate about saving money and providing for my family so I think of this blog as a fun outlet and a way to share the savings! I don’t normally cross post – but I wanted to share this fun tutorial for making an adorable grocery tote from a thrifted pillow case that I wrote about on my work blog. Lots of stores will give you discounts or even cash back on your purchase if you bring in your own bags, what could be better than getting those bags for free or cheap? They’re lots of fun to make and just take a few straight seams so you don’t have to be a pro seamstress to create your own grocery totes!
While you’re there, go ahead and signup for the January giveaway – we’re giving away a beautiful pair of Gingher 7 1/2″ pinking shears plus some Gingher 4″ featherweight thread snips. Thanks for visiting and good luck!
